Applicable cancellation fees will be determined based on the date Namaste India Vacations receives the cancellation request and are expressed here as a percentage of the total price charged for the cancelled trip. Our cancellation policy is given on every page, at the bottom of every tour page, and on the description page of Namaste India Vacations. The below cancellation policy will only work for those tours that do not have a cancellation policy on their description page.
In case of cancellation, all tours have a cancellation policy on their description page. If any tour does not have a cancellation policy in its details section, then the below cancellation policy will be levied:
60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour or service cost.
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour or service cost
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour or service cost
14 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour or service cost
07 days and less prior to arrival or no show—NO REFUND.
Regarding refunds for unused or cancelled services (paid and cancelled in advance), the refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy described above, and the amount will be refunded accordingly to the person making the payment. Please note that refunds may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures. If a refund is made to a credit card account or to a bank account, bank fees will be debited from the refund amount.
