Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar
On arrival, our representatives will help you settle comfortably in your pre-booked
hotel from Srinagar Airport/Train Station. After checking in and relaxing for a
while, we set out to visit Srinagar, the summer capital of the state of Jammu and
Kashmir, passing Shikaras (traditional boats), wooden mosques (places of prayer for
Muslims), orchards and gardens, craftsmanship, dried fruits, and its abundance of
ecstasy. Traditions, hospitality, attire, and the rich hospitality of the locals all
combine into something that truly makes Srinagar paradise on earth. This area is
home to rich biodiversity. The Himalayas in the background add beauty to the
landscape of Srinagar. The gardens of Kashmir have their own charm, attracting many
tourists from all over the world to experience peace, tranquility, and the best of
nature.
Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Achal Bagh, Karishma Shahi, and Pari Mahal are some of
the gardens that are the most famous tourist destinations. The Zabarwan Mountains
offer many picturesque views of the valley. Wular Lake and Dal Lake are the busiest
lakes in the Kashmir Valley.
Day 02: Srinagar, Sonamarg
On the second day of the tour, we will proceed to Sonamarg, which is famously known
as “Golden Grassland”. Located 85 km from Srinagar, the road overlooks snow-capped
Himalayan hills and many green trees on both sides. This place is home to many
peaks, such as Kolhoi, Amarnath, Machoi, and Sirbal. Places to visit include
Vishansar Lake, Nilagrad River, Zoji La Pass, Thajiwas Glacier, Krishna Sagar Lake,
and Baltal Valley. Rafting on Shutkari Bridge and horseback riding to Thajiwas
Glacier are fun activities that are unique to this place. The tour guide will help
you take the best photos. The Nallah Sidh River overlooks this place, making it an
even more beautiful place in all seasons. Sonmarg is important for the ancient
reason that it was part of the Silk Road and was the entry point from China to
Kashmir. The beauty of Sonamarg attracts many tourists, as it is definitely one of
the most beautiful places with snow-capped mountains, green trees, streams, lakes,
orchards, clean and picturesque gardens, and meadows. You deserve a break before we
begin the third day of the tour. Your stay at the hotel is well taken care of!
Day 3: Sonamarg-Gulmarg
Gulmarg, or flower meadow, as its name suggests, because in summer, this place offers
unparalleled beauty! Additionally, this place is one of the best skiing destinations
in India. Furthermore, the Gulmarg cable car is the second highest cable car in the
world, operating in two phases: up to Kondagiri (at 2,600 meters) and further to the
Aparwath peak at 3,747 meters. From there, visitors can enjoy the majestic view of
Nanga Parbat. Other places to visit include Baba Reshi Temple, St. Mary, Maharani
Temple, and many other locations. Khillan Marg, Alpather Lakea, and Gulmarg
Biosphere Reserve are ideal places to visit and explore the flora and fauna,
including wildlife like Himalayan musk deer, red fox, brown bear, and black bear.
Ningli Nallah Stream is one of the favorite picnic spots.
Day 04: Gulmarg-Pahalgam
The fourth day of our trip will take us to Pahalgam, a picturesque town located in
the Anantnag district of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Its fascinating flora and
fauna, combined with its presence among mountain ranges, truly earn it the title
"Switzerland of the East”. Among the lakes are Sheshnag Lake, Marsar Lake, and
Tulian Lake. Aru village and valley, Betaab valley, Lidderwat, Sinthan peak, Kolahoi
glacier, Dabyan valley, and Pahalgam golf course are other prominent tourist
attractions due to their natural beauty, peace, and tranquility, and the tranquility
they bring to strangers. Chandanwari, Avantipur Ruins, Mamaleshwar Temple, and
Mattan are other places to visit. Furthermore, Pahalgam offers enough opportunities
for shopping lovers to enjoy Pashmina shawls, wooden crafts, souvenirs, woolen
clothes, wooden ornaments, and more! A fun trip requires a warm and relaxing night
at the hotel we have booked before moving on to the final leg of the journey back to
Srinagar.
Day 05: Pahalgam - Srinagar
The final step of your tour from Pahalgam to Srinagar—well, now you can say
that the journey was wonderful and has pleased all the visitors whose visits we have
facilitated to date. Pines, Deodars, Poplars, Willows, Kikkar Kul, Sarva Kul,
Chestnuts, Chinars, etc., along with occasional snow and crystal clear waters of
lakes, valleys, and glaciers, make you wonder and, at the same time, confirm that
truly, "this is heaven on earth!
