February, when the weather is mild and dry and most tourist activities are in full swing.
However, if you prefer fewer crowds and lower prices, the pre-monsoon and post-monsoon
periods can be considered. The monsoon season is more suitable for those who appreciate the
beauty of lush landscapes and don't mind limited outdoor activities.
Winter (November to February)
Best Time to Visit: The winter season is the most popular time to visit Goa. The weather is
dry and pleasant, with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).
Ideal for: This is the ideal time for beachgoers, water sports enthusiasts, and anyone

Pre-Monsoon (March to May)
Weather: The weather becomes increasingly hot and humid during these months. Temperatures can
reach up to 35°C (95°F).
Those who prefer less crowded beaches and don't mind the heat can visit during this time.
It's also a good time for budget travelers, as accommodation prices are often lower.
Monsoon (June to September)
Weather: The monsoon season brings heavy rainfall, and Goa experiences lush greenery during
this time. It's not suitable for beach activities due to rough seas and strong currents.
Nature lovers and travelers looking for a more relaxed experience can visit during the
monsoon to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and less crowded tourist spots.
Post-Monsoon (October)
Weather: October marks the transition from the monsoon to the dry season. The weather is more
pleasant than during the peak monsoon.
Travelers are looking to experience the end of the monsoon and the beginning of the tourist
season. Some activities and services may still be limited.
