Day 01: Welcome to Srinagar
Arrive in Srinagar and transfer to your hotel or houseboat for check-in. The rest of
the day, you can rest or explore Srinagar's attractive tourist attractions. Some of
the famous places that you must visit at the first stop in your Leh Ladakh tour
package include Shankaracharya Temple, Mughal Gardens, Tulip Gardens, Dal Lake, and
Nagin Lake.
Day 02: Srinagar to Kargil via Drass
Early in the morning, after enjoying a hearty breakfast on the second day of your
Ladakh vacation, depart for Kargil. On the way, you will visit Sonmarg, “Gold
Meadow,” and Baltal Valley, located on the banks of the Sindh River. The valley is
located at the foothills of Zoji La, the highest pass in the Kashmir Himalayas.
Observe the breathtaking natural beauty of the place and click some stunning photos
to remember your Leh-Ladakh vacation. Going further afield, you'll visit the
second-coldest inhabited place in the world, Drass. Also, don't miss the Kargil War
Memorial during your trip to Leh from Srinagar. Late in the evening, you'll enter
Kargil, where you can check into your hotel and stay the night.
Day 03: Kargil to Leh via Sham Valley
Day three is the highlight of your Ladakh tour. The real journey will begin on this
day when you travel to Leh. After breakfast, you'll descend to Leh, passing charming
stops like Lamayuru and Alchi along the way. The ancient monasteries of Mulbekh and
Lamayuru will fill your heart with spirituality. Other attractions on your
Leh-Ladakh road trip itinerary include Namkila, Fotu La, the Indus confluence,
Magnetic Hills, and Gurdwara Pathar Sahib before reaching Leh. Have dinner after
checking in to the hotel, and make sure you have a good night's sleep.
Day 04: A visit to Pangong Tso and back
After an early breakfast, you will depart to visit the beautiful Pangong Lake. On the
way, you will pass through Clang La Pass, the third-highest motorable road in the
world. Your visit to Ladakh is incomplete without a visit to Hemis Monastery and
Thiksey Monastery. Visit the school where the hit Bollywood movie "3 Idiots" was
filmed. Late in the evening, you will return to Leh and spend the night at the hotel
after dinner, marking the end of day four of your six-night, seven-day stay in Leh,
Ladakh.
Day 05: Leh to Nubra Valley (Hunder) via Khardung La
On the fifth day of your Leh Ladakh tour, depart from your hotel in Leh in the
morning after breakfast. On your way to the magnificent Nubra Valley, you will cross
the world's highest motorable road, the Khardung La Pass. Arrive in Nubra in the
late afternoon and explore the villages of Deskit and Hunder, and enjoy a Bactrian
(double-hump) camel safari while watching the sun set over the vast sand dunes.

Day 06: Nubra Valley to Leh
After a hearty breakfast, you'll leave the Nubra Valley and head towards Leh. Arrive
in Leh, check in to the hotel, and relieve stress. You have the rest of the day to
yourself. Visiting Leh's picturesque mini bazaars is a must during a relaxing day in
Ladakh. Head there to buy some souvenirs to help you remember your trip to
Leh-Ladakh. In the evening, have dinner and rest at the hotel.
Day 07: Bid goodbye and leave for home
On this day, your Leh-Ladakh tour package comes to an end. Make sure you make the
most of your trip by capturing the last sight of the majestic mountains. After
breakfast, depart for the airport and return home.
